Quietly nestled on a sunny hillside overlooking the sea this blissful holiday escape is the perfect base to explore the Adriatic coastline and comfortably sleeps five guests. With a private sun terrace, an outside dining table and a shared swimming pool with sun loungers the property is designed for outdoor living. There is also an outside shower and BBQ area for guests to enjoy.
Inside, the open-plan living area is furnished, with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table with four chairs. This area also incorporates a small kitchen, fully equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Location
Located in small coastal village on the Omiš Riviera, in Croatia the property is backed by the Biokovo Mountain range and surrounded by beautiful beaches, lush greenery and picturesque landscapes.
Omiš (an 8-minute drive away) offers a mix of cultural experiences and adventure activities. It is known for its historical attractions, such as the ancient fortress of Fortica and the Cetina River canyon. Further inland adventurous visitors will enjoy white water rafting at Omiš Rafting Pirates (a 17-minute drive away).
Sun lovers will enjoy the multitude of beaches along the coast where many opportunities for water sports and activities, such as swimming, snorkelling and fishing are on offer. Additionally, boat tours and excursions to nearby islands are also available from the nearby village of Stanići (a 2-minute drive away).
The picturesque town of Brela, is a 29-minute drive along the coast and another popular destination. Brela is home to the beautiful Punta Rata beach, also known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic." The town is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, olive groves, and pine forests, providing a refreshing and green landscape for visitors to explore, including the hillside botanical garden Biokovo- biokovso.
The Biokovo Mountain nature park is a 48-minute drive away is also worth visiting and home to wildlife including wolves and eagles.
The closest airport to the accommodation is Split Airport (SPU) a 51-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
