Situated just a few meters from the ocean and surf schools, the house will enable you to take full advantage of our region, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The house features an entrance hall, a storeroom with washing machine, a large living room with sitting area featuring a TV with WIFI, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. An open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. Sleeping facilities include four bedrooms: a master suite with en-suite shower room on the first floor (160cm bed) and three bedrooms with storage space on the first floor (two bedrooms with two 160cm beds and one bedroom with a 90cm bunk bed). A shower room with WC and a separate WC for added comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace for cocktails. A parking space is available next to the property. You'll be able to park when you arrive, and if you wish, you can walk or cycle to everything you need to do during your stay, perfect for enjoying the restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other privileged places in our region. A sunny vacation awaits you! No parties allowed.
