Beautiful 60 m² apartment located in a luxury residence 2 steps from the Etang de Thau and Mèze beach. This ground-floor apartment features a beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer combo), a dining area, a TV lounge area (please note that the sofa is not convertible), all opening onto a lovely 14 m² terrace. The sleeping area comprises 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a shower room with toilet.
You can park your car in a private garage in the basement...
This apartment is ideal for a family vacation with friends in a quiet location near the Etang de Thau.
Pets are not allowed. NON SMOKING accommodation - Household linen not supplied.
During the heating season, a supplement will be asked for your consumption during your stay, to be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
