You could spent the whole day on the private terrace watching the Mediterranean sea, the French Riviera in the right side and the Italian Riviera in the left side. The inside of the apartment is simple but comfortable, light, outdoors and indoors merge into one another. Inside, through the windows you can see the beautiful flowers and the blue sea everywhere.
Normally the house comes rent with a bed room that includes a matrimonial bed and a divan bed for 4 people. If you are interested to rent the house with an extra bed room for 4 or 6 people, please contact me.

Amazing Riviera Sea Views is a house in a cute and quite little village full of flowers, called Grimaldi, with the most fabulous views over the sea, the French Riviera and the port and town of Menton-Roquebrune and Montecarlo.
On arrival at Grimaldi a nice sea breeze will suddenly surprise you. The village hangs beautifully over the azure sea. Amazing view!
There is a beach below. Baia Benjamin and Balzi Rossi with the clearest water and snorkel bays of the region.
If you like the sea, a bit of wilderness and the glamour of Cote d'Azur, than this is the place where you will be happy to spend your vacation: a house with a breathtaking sea-view, just above the best beach around here, Balzi Rossi, where the water is crystal blue. The apartment is between Italy and France, so you are 10 min away from Menton, 30 min from Montecarlo and 40 from Sanremo.
The white independent house adorns a hill and is quietly watching the sea. In Grimaldi you will find pure authenticity of Italian life and tranquility, which is pretty rare in the region. You are close to nature and yet close to entertainment which you can find in the nearby cities such as Ventimiglia on Italian side and Menton and Monaco on the French side.

To access the department is necessary to descend a staircase with 2 floors approximately. It is not recommended for people with mobility problems.
We accept pets with an extra cost but it is necessary to consult before booking.
In high season and for special events in the region we rented at least one week or 5 days depending on the event or date. Saturday to Saturday preferred.
