Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU cookie factory. Less than a 10-minute walk away is the renowned Château des Ducs de Bretagne, and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away.

Transport :
If, however, you prefer public transport
- The busway is 5 minutes away
- Tramway lines 2 and 3 (Hotel Dieu and Aimé Delrue stops) are 5 minutes away.
- The C5 bus (Lieu Unique stop) is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the station.
From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes.

You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
