Magnificent 29-square-meter apartment in Villers-sur-Mer.
This charming, comfortable apartment is perfect for a tourist or business stay.
It's located in the former William's Hotel, built at the end of the 19th century when the seaside resort was booming.
It's 29 square meters, has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 3 people.
You'll love the brightness of the apartment. The apartment is located on a busy street in summer :)

Accommodation
Recently renovated and installed in the former William's Hotel, the accommodation is located on the 1ᵉʳ floor without elevator and comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine and a single bed ;
- a shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out.
The following facilities are available: Senseo coffee machine, TV, hairdryer and fan, dishwasher.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome.
You drop off your car and everything is done on foot. Parking is free (pay parking around the apartment on spring weekends and during the two summer months, and free parking 500m away).
There's a free, social shuttle bus (priority given to the elderly) to various points in Villers sur mer.
Our well-behaved 4-legged friends are welcome in the apartment. Dogs are allowed without restriction of time or place from September 16 to June 14.
Between June 15 and September 15, dogs are allowed before 9 a.m. and after 8 p.m. at both ends of the beach (from the spur opposite the Pôle Nautique Villers-Blonville on the west side and after the supervised bathing area on the east side).
One of the apartment's assets is its location. It is located :
- close to bars and restaurants;
- at the foot of the "Carrefour City" supermarket for everyday shopping;
- very close to the sea and town center.

Location
Villers-sur-Mer has all the charms of the Côte Fleurie: long sandy beaches, elegant architecture and a charming town center.
The emblem of this seaside resort is a dinosaur, as it lies at the foot of the Vaches Noires cliffs, renowned for their paleontological and geological riches. You can take one of the guided tours organized by the tourist office and visit the paleontological museum, which displays the fossils discovered on the site.
You can also discover the flora and fauna of the 30-hectare Villers marsh.
A welcome drink is held every Monday during the season in front of the tourist office at 11 a.m. to introduce the week's various activities: artistic (festival sable show, children's theater, drawing, painting, etc.) or sporting (hiking, longe côte, beach volleyball, tchoukball, etc.). ....
Pôle Nautique de Villers Blonville, a sailing school, is located 5 minutes from the end of the dike before the Vaches Noires; it offers paddles, kayaks and catamarans for hire, as well as sailing and sand yachting courses. The Villers-sur-Mer Tennis Country Club has 12 outdoor clay courts, 4 synthetic courts and 2 walls, and lessons are available all year round for children aged 3 and over.
The beach club is open to children aged 3 to 12 from July 7 to August 27, 2023, and every weekend, weather permitting, until November 6, 2023.
The Villers-sur-mer casino offers concerts throughout the summer, and the latest films are shown in the cinema.
Markets are held all year round on Tuesdays and Fridays in the town center and in Villers 2000 in the shopping center parking lot.
Subscribing producers and fishmongers are present under the halettes in the town center on Tuesdays, Fridays, public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
A local organic market is held every Sunday in the town center near the fountain.
On Thursdays in July and August, there's also a semi-nightly market from 6 to 10 p.m., where you can enjoy a shopping trip along the sea wall.
Transportation
The number 20 bus takes 15 minutes to get to Trouville Deauville station, and stops 300m in front of the church.
- Villers sur Mer station is open in summer and is a 30-minute walk up the hill.
Deauville is 6km away and Cabourg 8km.
