We offer for tourist rent a studio apartment in the best beach area of Torrevieja - La Mata! Studio with an area of 29 m2 consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The windows offer a side view of the sea. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Installed air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Mercadona Supermarket is 520 meters away. The nearest bar is only 120 meters away! And the sea, the beach and the best restaurant of La Mata 'Barlovento' are only 500 meters away! Accommodation option - 2 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
