In the Grière district, in the heart of Parc Clémenceau, large, fully-renovated villa for 10 people. Ground floor: entrance via laundry room with washing machine and washbasin; first bedroom with double bed (140cm), bay windows opening onto terrace; second bedroom with double bed (160cm) and cupboard; third bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm) and crib; same level: shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large living/dining room opening onto the south-facing terrace and garden; a shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin, WC; a "master" suite with 160cm bed, cupboard and sitting area with 90cm sofa. There is also an independent studio with a shower room, washbasin and WC, and a sleeping area with a 140cm bed and chest of drawers. Outside there's a north-east-facing balcony off the kitchen, a large balcony terrace off the living room and master suite, and a wooden terrace off the small studio and downstairs bedroom. Pets are not allowed in the house. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, WIFI included.
