This charming 30 m² apartment in Bénodet, neabry from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden.

Just 10 km from Quimper, Ville d'Art et d'Histoire, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of city walls. Neighboring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry, Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban, Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed, Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon.
At the far end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, battered by westerly winds and large offshore swells.
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Quimper, about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne airport about 20 minutes away by car.
