This 73 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a stone building in the historic centre of Pézenas. It comprises an attractive 42 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre. The area is pedestrianised and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Just a stone's throw from the theatre, cinema, collegiate church, tourist office, Le Pré St Jean gourmet restaurant, Chez Hansi bistro, Asian restaurants, jewellery, clothes, spice and ice cream shops, etc.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, baby chair, blender, ironing board and iron, nespresso machine...
