Villa Maravilla heated pool and salt waterWonderful villa with all the facilities to feel at home, located in Villaverde in the north of Fuerteventura, just 15 minutes from the Dunas de Corralejo natural park and the town of El Cotillo
Villa Maravilla is a detached villa with private pool, gardens, barbecue house and parking at the door.
The villas has a fully equipped kitchen and has a wide range of utensils, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and blender are also provided, a lounge and dining room all with wooden ceilings. Four bedrooms (one with twin beds and the others with double bed), all bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for all occupants, spare towels and bed linen can be found in the wardrobes of the bedrooms. Family bathroom with whirlpool and room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Close to the pool we will find our Barbecue house with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet, here you can enjoy of a delicious barbecue by the pool.Number of bedrooms: 4; Number of other rooms with beds: 0
Taxes of VAT (Value Added Tax) 20 % of Rental Amount may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
Decorated in detail in a Canarian style, magnificent heated pool with salt water, terrace area with hammocks and sofas to relax after a bath. The living room has a fireplace, TV with free Netflix and satellite channel, three bedrooms, one of them with a separate terrace, it has two bathrooms inside the house, one of them with a jacuzzi, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave , all kinds of coffee makers, thermos, etc.. and two dining areas. Magnificent gardens with fruit trees as well as a separate building to eat with views of the pool, has a barbecue, kitchen, toilet, fridge, oven, dining table. The whole house has solar panels.
The exteriors are spacious and decorated with plants typical of the island, with high walls and fences to ensure privacy. Patio furniture and sun loungers can be found outside on the terrace by the pool. There is a maintenance service for the pool and gardens included in the rental price and must be done at least three times a week to keep it in top condition. Upon arrival at the house will remember the days and hours in which we will maintain to interfere as little as possible on your vacation.
Villa Maravilla is an ideal place to relax, situated in a nice quiet village, called Villaverde, it´s peacefull and yet not too far away from the busier towns like Corralejo or Puerto Rosario and the fish village of Cotillo. It is 20 minutes by car from famous and very beautiful natural park of sand dunes beaches. The village villaverde with its many restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets is about 5 minutes by car.
