Varaždin also has one of the best daily markets in northern Croatia, featuring more than 300 booths where you can purchase the finest regional goods.
Nature lovers will appreciate nearby Trakošćan Castle and its picturesque lake, surrounded by lush forests, perfect for scenic walks and picnics, located at a 40-minute drive from here. Additionally, it takes 75 minutes from Zagreb to reach here. A day trip to the city's markets, church, and museums is highly recommended. The closest international airport is Zagreb's Franjo Tuđman International Airport. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
