Old stone house, semi-detached on two levels.
First floor:
Large living room with kitchen, lounge/dining room with 2-seater sofa bed. Bathroom with hammam shower and separate toilet. Desjoyaux 5-seater spa in a 20 m2 room. Games area with table soccer, step and exercise bike.
Second floor. Three bedrooms, one of which has a ceiling, each with a 140/190 cm double bed made on arrival. Children's play area with hanging net.
Large terrace (30 m2) and enclosed garden (300 m²) with swing and a playhouse for children and teenagers at the bottom of the garden with outdoor games.
Small dogs accepted on request (€15/day).

Ideally located with its central position in the Perche: close to nature activities with the étang de la Herse for fishing and less than 2 km from a greenway for walking or cycling and cultural visits with the small character towns all around such as Bellême, Longny au perche, la Perrière and Mortagne-au-Perche.
