In the Balearic Islands, on the island of Menorca, in Ciutadella.
In a setting where nature in its wild state and the Talayolitic past are still very much a reality, you will spend unforgettable moments. Whether you are sporty, anti-relaxing or a party animal, you will find the activity or entertainment that will please you in this little paradise surrounded by paradisiacal beaches and creeks.
You will stay in a semi-detached villa on one side only, completely renovated and furnished with taste and comfort, next to the holiday residence with green areas and large supervised swimming pool that you can enjoy. You will be located three hundred meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Blanes with large palm grove equipped with barbecues and picnic tables. Three other creeks nearby will allow you to swim pleasantly without the need for locomotion. But a bus tour will make it easier for you to visit other beaches and sights of this beautiful island that is Menorca.
The house consists of a ground floor with upper floor and terrace, comprises:

Large terrace of fifteen square meters overlooking green areas and the supervised swimming pool of the residence.
The house is provided with air conditioning in every room.
While being located in a quiet and peaceful location, you are close to shops, bars and restaurants, close to the bus stop, three hundred meters from the beach and three kilometers from the center of Ciutadella, a very beautiful city on a human scale with a beautiful medieval historic center.
Fabulous location: Large supervised swimming pool access reserved for tenants of Cala'n Blanes Park, quiet while being very close to shops and the beach.
