The house has been renovated and furnished with quality elements with the help of professionals. It is about 700 m from the centre, 300 m from the train station, 6 km from Monza park and the Autodromo Nazionale.

The flat consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a study area, a reading corner and a hallway where a large wardrobe will be at the complete disposal of guests, where you will also find an iron and ironing board.

The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a '5-star' stay.

The flat is equipped with a Wi-fi internet connection with fibre optics travelling at over 400 mega.

In the living room, which is bright thanks to the windows that give a beautiful natural light, you will find a table with a glass shelf and 4 chairs, a very spacious sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people, a 32'' Hisense Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Prime Video, You tube and all major national and international channels.

There is an independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook without worries: Samsung microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, moka coffee machine, refrigerator, various cooking utensils, steak cooker, pots and pans, plates, glasses and kettle will be at your complete disposal.

The bathroom is completely new, windowed and equipped with a large shower cubicle and sanitary fittings.
