Come and recharge your batteries in this 240 m² character house set in the heart of nature at an altitude of 550 m, with mountain views and sauna. With a capacity of 12 guests, you'll be able to relax with family and friends in comfortable, friendly surroundings : two beautiful outdoor terraces, a large living room with wood-burning stove, library and big-screen TV, four beautiful bedrooms and two suites where you can regain your privacy.
Set in the heart of a 25,000 m² estate, this is the ideal place to get some fresh air and recharge your batteries, just a stone's throw from the emblematic Morel waterfall (80 m high) and its leisure centre. Wifi, sheets and towels included,

The house is ideally located in Léchère, in very pleasant surroundings, 15 minutes from Valmorel, 30 minutes from Courchevel and Meribel and 45 minutes from Lake Annecy. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate 8 to 10 vehicles .
Activities :
- At the foot of the biggest ski resorts : Courchevel (27 km), Meribel (20 km), Valmorel (13 km)
- Brides les Bains spa (10 km)
- Cascade du Morel (3 km): family hike of around 6 km
- Le Morel leisure centre (2 km) : swimming pools, waterslides, tennis courts, mini golf, etc.
Possibility of organising discovery hikes, family canyoning trips, bike rides, etc.
With the agreement and guidance of the owners, you can have access to the henhouse, sheepfold, meadows and forests of the property (7-hectare estate).
