In Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, we offer this charming 25 m² flat with a mountain view and ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises

- A 5 m² west-facing balcony, bathed in afternoon sunshine, with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather and panoramic views.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. The residence is set back from the town centre, at an altitude of 800 metres, offering a pleasant panoramic view.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
The Saint Gervais Mont Blanc ski lifts are a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away.
You can hike, ski, cycle, enjoy the swimming pool or the ice rink, without missing out on the must-see thermal baths of Saint Gervais. There's also a theatre in Saint Gervais (théâtre le Mont-joie).
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park with free parking. Free public parking is available in the centre of Saint Gervais.
The Bourg de Saint Gervais can be reached from Le Fayet by bus, tram (TMB) or taxi in around ten minutes. Allow 20 minutes' walk to the flat from the bus stop.
