Pretty house with one floor, air-conditioned, of 80m², located in the residence 'le Mas Saint Pierre', very close to the center of the village Le Plan de la Tour. This completely redone house can accommodate up to 4 people.
You enter directly into the living room, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), living room with television overlooking a terrace with its furniture, and its small garden.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 80cm beds that can be brought together, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and its long terrace which offers a view of the hills.
1 shower room with 1 basin and a WC.
