Property for exclusive use
Exclusive 180 m2 bungalow with swimming pool, suitable for 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom with washbasin. At guests' disposal large fenced garden, terrace equipped for outdoor breakfasts, parasols, parking. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, cot, high chair, laundry facilities, stone barbecue, small soccer pitch, table tennis.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Casina delle Fate is surrounded by a vast fenced garden of around half an acre, enriched with terracotta vases and bowls, and a natural lawn with shrubs and large trees in whose shade you can cool off, relaxing to the rocking of the hammock. In the part of the garden in front of the house you'll find an oval swimming pool measuring 8x2 with a depth of 1.4 meters and an external shower with hot water production, white sunbeds and a large white parasol. A bushy hedge separates the pool area from a charming, panoramic, paved terrace with a large wooden table and chairs, and a parasol for outdoor lunches and dinners. From here, you can enjoy views over the countryside that surrounds the town and offers postcard-perfect scenery: a succession of gentle hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves, with roads delineated by rows of cypress trees. A stone barbecue is available to guests. Children's games such as basketball, a small soccer pitch and table tennis complete the garden. All external areas are well maintained and tended. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The recently refurbished bungalow is dominated by white walls, sofas and beds, tastefully interspersed with antique furniture in every room. All the electrical and hydraulic systems have been recently installed. The first floor provides access to the laundry room, while the other rooms are closed off. An external staircase leads to a small terrace with a small wicker table and 2 chairs. The second floor, entirely in wood with large windows on 3 sides, opens onto a dining area with a rectangular table; from here you enter a vast, bright living room furnished with sofas, a decorative fireplace and satellite TV. Next to the living room is the well-equipped stone kitchen, with induction hob, antique round wooden table and chairs. A double bedroom with en-suite ceramic-tiled bathroom and shower, and a magnificent, fully-windowed veranda (which the owners describe as a winter garden, furnished with white sofas) complete the second floor. A white wooden staircase leads to a second floor with a mansard ceiling, which characterizes the structure of the house itself: here we find a double bedroom, a small service bathroom with WC and washbasin, and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Location
The pavilion is located on a hill in the countryside of Montespertoli, a commune in the province of Florence. The region is renowned for its production of Chianti DOCG wine, of which it holds a large share of the total production through all the wineries present.
