Welcome to "Eben"!
Located in the secure park of Baie Orientale, right on the beach, the magnificent and luxurious duplex "Eben" offers you an exceptional stay. Recently renovated, it features every amenity to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.
The duplex features three bedrooms (bed 160x200) and three bathrooms, offering ample space for you and your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, opening onto a beautiful living area where you can relax. For additional guests, a sofa bed (140x190) with hotel mattress is available.
There's also a large terrace with stunning sea views. Fiber-optic internet access ensures fast, reliable connections. You'll also have access to a shared swimming pool (open all year round), as well as direct access to the beach.
The "Eben" duplex also offers private parking for your vehicle. You'll be close to shops, restaurants and local activities, so you can make the most of your vacation.
House equipment includes a classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, large American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. Air conditioning is available to keep you cool on hot days. You'll also have access to TV, and a water tank is provided in case of occasional water cuts from the general water supply company.
On arrival, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome to enhance your stay.
Cleaning and linen are included in the price for 6 people.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
Please note that you are arriving on a small island where infrastructure may differ from that of a mainland, occasionally causing disruptions to water and electricity networks. Utilities do their utmost to restore any outages as quickly as possible. The water distributed comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We accept no responsibility for any disruptions beyond our control.
