This charming villa is ideally located in the heart of the Baie Orientale park, just a few steps from the shops and the magnificent Orient Baie beach. It offers a pleasant layout with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a beautiful living space, a terrace with a large table and barbecue, and a garden with deckchairs for relaxing.
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (200x200) and the other with twin beds( 90x190), each with its own private shower room. The villa is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, and air conditioning for your comfort. What's more, a water tank is available in the event of a cut in the general water supply, ensuring a more continuous supply.
You also have access to the residence's unmarked parking lot for parking your rental vehicle.
The village of Baie Orientale offers a safe and lively neighborhood life, with a variety of amenities nearby, including a bakery, bars, restaurants, shops and a mini-market. Plus, you'll have access to a variety of sporting activities. All this just a few steps from one of St. Martin's most beautiful beaches.
We recommend renting a small car to explore the island, but you can also choose to enjoy a relaxing vacation in this charming village villa, with all amenities close at hand.
