Welcome to the "Orchid" studio!
Located in Mont Vernon, in a secure residence opposite the magnificent Baie Orientale beach and close to the shops, this spacious studio boasts a breathtaking sea view!
As soon as you enter, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, and the sleeping area is equipped with a king-size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for your comfort. The living area opens onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments with a magnificent view. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, roller shutters and much more.
You can also take advantage of the residence's huge 3-basin communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing (open all year round from 8am to 6pm).
You can also park your rental car safely in the residence's non-nominal parking lot.

When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome to make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Housekeeping and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
It's important to note that you're on a small island where the infrastructure may be different and smaller than on a mainland. Consequently, there may be temporary malfunctions in the water and electricity distribution networks. Distribution companies will do their utmost to restore any outages quickly.
Please note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for this, but please be assured that we will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
