Welcome to the "La vie est belle" studio!
Located in the secure Mont Vernon residence, close to the shops, this spacious studio offers you a comfortable and pleasant stay. You'll have direct access to the residence's shared swimming pool (open year-round from 8am to 6pm), as well as to the magnificent Orient Baie beach.
The studio includes an entrance hall with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, and you'll have a sleeping area with a king-size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for storing your belongings. The bright living room offers a relaxing space, with a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) to accommodate extra guests. The spacious covered terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a washing machine, fiber-optic Internet connection, TV and air conditioning to cool you down on hot days. You'll have everything you need for a dream Caribbean vacation.
You also have access to the residence's unmarked parking lot to park your rental car.
On arrival, you'll be greeted with a special welcome to make your stay even more special.
Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
Please note that Saint-Martin is a small island and that infrastructures may differ from those on the mainland. Water and electricity networks may occasionally malfunction. However, the distribution companies do their utmost to restore any outages quickly. It is important to note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for any such inconvenience.
