Welcome to Eden!
This superb duplex, located on a first floor with a cathedral ceiling, not only offers you all the comfort you need, but also a magnificent view of the sea. Imagine having breakfast while admiring the sunrise and listening to the gentle sound of the waves.
Facing the Baie Orientale beach, this apartment features a kitchen opening onto the dining and living area. The first bedroom has a king-size bed (200x200) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a large bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200).
This accommodation is perfect for a couple, offering privacy and comfort. Please note that the upstairs bedroom overlooks the downstairs bedroom, which may not be ideal for two couples.
During your stay, you'll have access to the residence's huge communal swimming pool (open year-round from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), comprising 3 pools and facing the Baie Orientale beach. Make the most of your vacation by relaxing by the pool and taking a dip in the crystal-clear waters.
You also have access to the residence's unmarked parking lot for your rental car.
When you arrive, you'll be greeted with little touches to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
Please note that you are on a small island where infrastructures may differ from those on the mainland. Water and electricity networks may experience temporary malfunctions. The distribution companies will do everything in their power to restore any outages as quickly as possible.
It is important to note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant that depends on electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility for any inconvenience caused by these situations, which are beyond our control.
