Located on the garden level of the Mont Vernon residence, this apartment offers a magnificent view of Orient Baie beach, just 5 minutes from all amenities. You'll be immediately captivated by the breathtaking ocean views from your apartment.
The studio comprises an entrance hall with a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a sleeping area with a king-size bed (200x200) and dressing room, and a living room opening onto a covered terrace. You'll have all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation, with air conditioning, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed fiber-optic Internet access. What's more, you'll have access to the residence's large three-basin communal swimming pool (open year-round from 8am to 6pm), ideal for cooling off and relaxing.
You can also park your rental car in the residence's unmarked parking lot.
When you arrive, you'll be greeted with little touches to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
It's important to note that you're arriving on a small island where infrastructures may differ from those on the mainland. As a result, water and electricity distribution networks may occasionally experience temporary malfunctions. The distribution companies do their utmost to quickly restore any outages.
We would also like to point out that the water we distribute comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We decline all responsibility for any inconvenience caused by these situations, which are beyond our control.
