Welcome to the "Dream catcher" studio!!!
Mont Vernon district, in a secure residence, just a few steps from Orient Baie beach and 5 minutes from all amenities.
This garden-level studio features an entrance hall with fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a sleeping area (king-size bed 200x200) with dressing room, and a comfortable living room opening onto a decked terrace where you can relax and contemplate the sea, listening to the sound of the waves.
You'll have all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation: air conditioning, fiber optic internet access, smart TV, washing machine ....
You'll also have access to the residence's huge 3-basin communal swimming pool facing the beach (open all year round from 8am to 6pm).
You also have access to the residence's non-nominative parking lot to park your rental vehicle.
On arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome.
Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
Other remarks
You are arriving on a small island where infrastructures are different and smaller than on a mainland. Water and electricity networks can sometimes malfunction. The distribution companies always do their best to restore (potential) outages quickly .

The water we distribute comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to produce it.
