Welcome to the Jade studio!
Located on the top floor of Mont Vernon, opposite the magnificent Baie Orientale beach and close to all amenities, this spacious studio boasts incredible sea views!
As soon as you enter, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is equipped with a king-size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for your comfort. The living room features an additional sofa bed and opens onto a covered terrace with a breathtaking view of Orient Bay.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay a pleasant one, including a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, fiber-optic broadband internet connection and roller shutters.
You can also take advantage of the residence's 3-basin communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing (open all year round from 8am to 6pm).
You can also park your rental car safely in the residence's non-nominal parking lot.

Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
It's important to note that you're on a small island, where infrastructures may be different and smaller than on a mainland. Consequently, there may be temporary malfunctions in the water and electricity distribution networks. Distribution companies will do their utmost to restore any outages quickly.
Please note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for this, but please be assured that we will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
