Located in the heights, "Yucca" Home offers you an exceptional panoramic view of the bay and sea of Anse Marcel. This unique accommodation is halfway between a house and an apartment, offering the best of both worlds.
When you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautiful kitchen opening onto a bright living space, where you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view. The dining room and living room offer you a comfortable space to relax and spend time with family and friends. You can also enjoy the magnificent through terrace, where you can soak up the serene atmosphere while admiring the panoramic view.
Downstairs, you'll find two beautiful bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (200x200) and the other with a queen-size bed (160x200), each with its own bathroom. You can also take advantage of the second terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The property has private parking spaces for your convenience.
"Yucca" Home is equipped with all the comforts you need to make your stay a pleasant one. You'll have access to a washing machine, smart TV, dishwasher and high-speed fiber-optic internet connection.
Located in a privileged area, you'll be just a few minutes' walk from the Marina's shops and restaurants, as well as Anse Marcel beach. You can easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all that this beautiful neighborhood has to offer.
