Located in the heart of the secure Baie Orientale park, opposite the beach and close to the shops, this spacious apartment will win you over with its quality features.
The apartment features two bedrooms with dressing rooms, equipped with queen-size beds (160x200), and two bathrooms with large showers. There's also a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen opens onto a convivial living space where you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends. An office area is also available if you need to work during your stay.
You can enjoy the covered terrace overlooking the residence's communal swimming pool (open all year round), and private parking is available just across the street from the apartment entrance. What's more, direct access to the beach means you can take full advantage of the magnificent scenery of the Baie Orientale.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
