Located on two levels, the 1st floor features a large, comfortable living room with access to a large terrace, and a fully-equipped kitchen ideal for preparing family meals. The chalet has 2 large terraces, ideally exposed and surrounded by trees, perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet in the sun. And for a moment of relaxation, you can take a refreshing dip in the 6-person spa.
Also on the 1st floor, you'll find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a final bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs you'll find another double bedroom and a second bathroom.
Then there's a large laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There's also a games room with table soccer and a pool table.
Located in Seythenex, a small village at an altitude of 730 m, at the entrance to the Massif des Bauges, in a quiet 2500m² property, fully fenced, facing the Massif de la Tournette (2350 m) and the Pointe de la Sambuy (2150 m).
Linen is included, but end-of-stay cleaning is billed as an extra at €125.
Tourist tax is payable on site (€1.45 per day per adult).
