The holiday apartment is located in the lovely town of Lesa, with all amenities and the peaceful lakeside promenade of Lesa (Lungalagi di Lesa) within a 10-minute drive from here. Also, within a 10-minute walk are restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, public parking, and the Lesa train station, the equipped beach - Spiaggia dell’ Erno and the Golf des Iles Borromeo.
Guests can also explore Lesa’s luxurious villas like Villa Cavallini, Villa Stampa and Villa Campari; belonging to the founders of the drink, Campari, as well as churches of San Sebastiano (dating back from the 1100s) and San Martino are also worth a visit. For day trips, the towns of the Stresa (with direct access to the famous Borromean Islands) and Arona (with one of the tallest statues in the world) are just a 20-minute drive from here. For day trips with children, Alpyland is half an hour away.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore, but unfortunately very dirty when we arrived (cobwebs everywhere, dust on the shelves of the bedroom cupboard, casserole dish left dirty in the oven, cigarette butts on the terrace...). Very poorly equipped (oven but no trivet or potholder, no knife for cooking or bread knife, coffee maker with pods that barely drips...) and the bare minimum to store things, almost no furniture. Coat racks are also lacking, as there's only one...in the bathroom, where there's a shoe rack...? So useless, and the other is wobbly. It's a pity we didn't see anyone either on arrival or on departure, communication only by Whatsap and sometimes very laborious due to the language barrier. We arrived a little early and are still waiting to find out if the apartment is ready. Total lack of communication about how recycling works, as we were in another part of Italy the week before, which had a completely different system (we were given a badge and there were containers in the village, but here???). Small bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift, much appreciated. Rather steep stairs to climb, but rather quiet environment and good location for sightseeing.
