The villa in Calpe has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. A magnificent villa ideal for large families who wish to relax together, with all the comforts and great independence at the same time.
Distribution of the accommodation:
With 227 m² spacious, and beautiful sea and mountain views. The villa is distributed on two independent floors, connected by an external staircase. To reach the first floor you have to climb a flight of stairs. In it we find a pleasant living-dining room with open plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with washbasin and WC. A complete bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Going up a second flight of stairs we access a pleasant terrace that gives access to the upper dwelling, and where we find a nice and well decorated living-dining room with air conditioning and pellet fireplace, a complete open plan kitchen, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with air conditioning and double bed, a fourth bedroom with two single beds together and ceiling fan and the fifth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan.

On the upper floor the villa has a pleasant terrace with spectacular views and a nice area to relax with a table and benches for outdoor dining. On the lower floor there is also a nice terrace with garden sofas and table for lunch, dinner or breakfast with beautiful open views to the sea and Calpe.
