Distribution of the villa:
With 299 m² and newly built, Mimi is distributed over three floors connected on the inside by a beautiful staircase. On the main floor, we find a spacious and bright living room with high ceilings and large windows that let in a beautiful natural light and allows you to enjoy the outside without leaving the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated in the living room. On the same floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with a 160cm bed.
