With 216 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed on a single floor where the first thing we find is a spacious living-dining room with two atmospheres, a very comfortable and spacious sofa and tv area, and a dining area with a large table for 9 diners and views of the swimming pool. The master bedroom has a double bed, a sofa area for reading or relaxing, an en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. A third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning and a fourth smaller bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
