The villa includes a private swimming pool, multiple terraces offering a superb view of the turquoise sea and the hills, 4 parental suites, a petanque court, a ping-pong table and a billiard / bar / home cinema room, with the possibility of rent an electric piano - On request. Peace of mind, good humor and relaxation will be the key words of your stay.

Outdoor atmosphere
The exteriors of Villa Mahogany include a sublime tiled infinity pool, sea view, bordered by a very beautiful 64m 2 terrace under a bioclimatic pergola, adorned with a qualitative and comfortable outdoor lounge and a dining table , as well as a conversation lounge that borders the swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated - Previously set to a temperature of 28° C - Heating temperature can of course be adjusted on demand.
A little extra : An elegant brazier is placed at the foot of one of the conversation lounges, facing the sea. You will have plenty to relax at the end of the day, with a wood fire and the Caribbean Sea in your sights!

On the upper floor, there is a 46m 2 solarium equipped with deckchairs as well as a lounge and a hammock sheltered under a bioclimatic pergola, from where you can admire the breathtaking view of the sea and the forest.

Indeed, a superb barbecue and a plancha will guarantee you exceptional grills and will promise you long discussions with friends or family. Interior design
The interiors of Villa Mahogany have been meticulously studied and fitted out, tastefully combining Linear Architecture and Colors reminiscent of Nature.
You will access the house from the ground floor terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. You will discover a large living room bathed in light with its large bay windows. This is made up of a comfortable living room, a dining table and a kitchen with an island that will allow you to enjoy the magnificent sea and forest views while cooking. The many openings and bay windows of Villa Mahogany will guarantee you an Indoor / Outdoor living experience that you will not dislike! Let yourself be carried away by the West Indian rhythm of life.
On the ground floor, you will have the choice between 2 parental suites, each with its own bathroom and private toilet. From the first suite, you can admire the sea view from your comfortable 160x200 bed and enjoy an outdoor bathtub in addition to the shower in the indoor bathroom. The second suite, made up of a bed also 160x200, overlooks a private terrace of 10m 2 .
On the upper floor, you will find the other 2 suites, each with its own bathroom and private toilet. One will allow you to admire the splendid sea view from its comfortable 160x200 bed and its private terrace. The other suite is composed of 2 beds of 90X200 which can be assembled if necessary to form a large bed of 180x200 with a mattress topper to ensure optimal comfort for two people.
Particular care has been taken with the bedding and household linen to ensure optimal comfort and rest.
Of course, the environment plays a major role in the beauty of this holiday home. However, the strength of Villa Mahogany is to combine minimalism with the sweetness of an art of living. Open onto its landscaped garden, the sea and the forest, the volumes take advantage of natural light in order to let it shine in a refined decor.

This pleasant holiday villa is located in the heart of a district where silence is golden, and where the sea view and tranquility are impregnable. Entrance to Villa Mahogany is through an electric gate, for added security. In addition, it is important to note that the Villa area is ideal for lovers of idleness and nautical activities. Indeed, the beach and the town of Anses d'Arlet are a five-minute walk from the house. So get your favorite beach towels and books!
To enhance your stay : An additional private Concierge offer will allow you to have access to a whole range of services – Chef at home, masseur, sports coach, baby sitting, excursions, reservations of all kinds, etc. – in order to allow you to optimize your stay in the Villa as well as possible.
