Just a few steps from the pedestrian street and all its shops, this 32 m² apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people, will seduce you with its location and decoration. First floor: entrance/living room. First floor: fitted and equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and TV, bathroom with toilet. Kitchen equipment: gas stove with oven, hood, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, nearby public WIFI (Place de la Mairie). Equipped with washing machine and dryer. A 400 € security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €70. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
