Very attractive 4-star apartment with sober, elegant decor. On the 1st floor of a small residence with well-kept gardens. Entrance opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (pod coffee maker) and living room. The dining area opens onto a lovely terrace. On the same level, a laundry/wc with washing machine. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms (160x200 beds), a bathroom and separate toilet. Each bedroom has its own balcony. The property is bright and welcoming, but also ideally located: the town center can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The beach is less than 10 minutes away by bike. Wifi access and private underground parking, deep enough to accommodate bicycles. Let yourself be charmed!
