You can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this cosy modern flat! It is suitable for 4 people and is located on the first floor. On our roof terrace you can enjoy the sun all day long. You can dine pleasantly or relax in the lounge area.
You can cool down here under the outdoor shower, or seek shade under the shade cloth on both terraces.
Both terraces overlook the peaceful garden and the 2 swimming pools.
The flat has 2 bedrooms (with air conditioning/heating) and 2 bathrooms with rain shower, sink and toilet.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine,...
In the living area there is a dining and sitting area equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning/heating, wifi. The apartment has a smart TV, so you can stream with the Chromecast or your own Apple TV/Samsung tablet/gsm,....
Furthermore, you can also use the petanque court, the outdoor fitness, a small playground for the children.... The entire domain is fenced and gated, which is a safety for children. There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily book for exclusive use free of charge (closed between 15 June and 15 September). You can also use our underground car park.
There may possibly be a camera system in the property. During rental, the camera system will be locked. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or physically covering the cameras.
The supplement for cleaning includes linen, as well as 24/7 service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out.
Listed rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 80 kWh per week of electricity is consumed. Additional consumption will be charged at €0.45 per kWh.
