80m² 2-bedroom apartment with loggia on the 7th floor of a residence on the Les Sables d'Olonne embankment, Promenade Clemenceau, with elevator. Renovated and functionally decorated apartment. It comprises a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and large fridge with freezer. The living room opens onto the loggia, and features a 6-seat dining area with sea views. The loggia has been converted into an office. The night area comprises a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet and two bedrooms with new bedding. The first bedroom has a 160cm bed, and the second has four 90cm beds.
Linen available: 25 euros for sheets and 25 euros for towels.
