Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 240 m² house with private swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is available to rent in the Bordeaux area. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is as follows :

- A 60 m² triple living room with sofa, TV, dining area and decorative fireplace.
- A large fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., with direct access to the garden and terrace.

- You'll be close to the lively centre of Bordeaux, close to our Cité du Vin, Place de la Comédie with its Theatre and Grand Hotel.
- Saint Emilion, the Arcachon Basin, Cap Ferret and the ocean beaches are all less than an hour away by car.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, public pay car parks are located close to the house. There is no on-site parking.
