In Bassillac et Auberoche, we offer this charming 80 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 2,000 m² garden.

The house is ideally located in Bassillac and Auberoche, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- The house is located in the Périgord Blanc region, close to the city of Périgueux, which is very lively in summer.
- Many tourist sites in the surrounding area ( Sarlat, La vallée de la Dordogne, various caves, Les Eyzies.....)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private garage (1 vehicle) and behind the house.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation at an additional cost (€20 per week, only one cat or dog per stay).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
