This fantastic studio-apartment is one of them. The most exclusive 30m2 of living space in the Tetuán district, just a few hundred meters from Paseo de la Castellana and Santiago Bernabeu stadium. A bright, elegant refuge bathed in natural light, with all the quality you'd expect. A luxury to be enjoyed on a short visit to Madrid, whether for work, to watch a special match or to celebrate a special event with your partner.
Located on the eighth floor of a building with 24-hour security and a day janitor, it has two distinct spaces, both exterior and bathed in natural light: the living room, with an open kitchen; and a comfortable bedroom with a small terrace and a full bathroom. And, of course, the apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
Despite its compact size, the apartment feels spacious and is bright and cheerful. Every detail has been taken care of, the furniture is simple and uncluttered in design, and integrated solutions are used. With everything provided, all our guests have to do is relax and enjoy! The kitchen is fully equipped, with a bar that doubles as a dining area. The living room features a large chaise longue (convertible into a second bed), coffee table, connected TV and light fixtures for reading. The sophisticated bedroom has a fantastic queen-size bed and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. Small pleasures, to be savored to the full.
In short, this apartment offers everything you could wish for in a fantastic location, literally steps from the Paseo de la Castellana, and just minutes by metro or bus from Madrid's main cultural and tourist offerings. All fees shown include taxes and other charges. Payment of 30% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your rental. When a reservation is made less than 14 days before your arrival, the full reservation fee will be due.
Check-in and check-out. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm; check-out before 11:00 am. If you wish to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, this is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a 50% refund and cancellations made between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled arrival date mean that no refund can be given and the full rental amount will be retained.
Additional information. Our minimum stay in Madrid is 5 nights and 7 nights during the Christmas period. The property is fully equipped, including high-quality sheets and towels.
