We offer for holiday rental a one bedroom flat within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The flat of 50 m2 consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee machine), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Supermarkets 'Merkadona', 'Konsum' and Russian shop 'Kalinka' are in 300 meters. Within a radius of 100 metres there are several bars and restaurants. The bus station is 400 metres away. The sea and the popular Del Cura urban beach are 600 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 3 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed on the patio!
Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
