Attractive 180 m² air-conditioned holiday home with a 4500 m² fenced garden planted with trees and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The villa is very sunny, with southern exposure. The house is equipped with an above-ground swimming pool measuring 5.5mx3m x 1.30 m high. The house has private parking for 2 vehicles. The accommodation includes a fully-equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob with oven and 5 burners, crockery for 4 people, microwave, pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle... in the main room there is a sofa with armchairs as well as a TV, table and chairs, a decorative fireplace. A 12 m² bedroom with two 90 cm beds, with a wardrobe, a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Another bedroom in the basement with a 140cm bed and storage cupboard, and an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Free WIFI FIBER in the house. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
