Lieu-Dit Kervassal 15 min from Lorient and 5 min from the beaches, for this independent gîte facing the 17th-century thatched cottage "Ty Maya" inhabited by the owners. Its veranda, stone wall and layout give it character. Sitting area under veranda with corner sofa (140cm extra bed), opening onto fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, microwave, washing machine), walk-in shower room leading to bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing table, wardrobe and view of terrace and garden. The property is equipped with WIFI. The property benefits from a shared 4x6 heated swimming pool, with counter-current system from May to September inclusive.
*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer be emptied and barbecue cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
