First floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, storeroom, bathroom (bath + shower), separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed + 1 x bunk bed). 2nd floor: attic bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). Wifi.
Private patio giving access to a shared garden and swimming pool (3x6m), heated from May 1 to September 30. Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival).
Optional: Housekeeping package: 85 €/stay; bathroom linen rental: 8 €/person/stay.
In addition: Electric heating on meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh/day for current consumption).
Additional charge for professionals: Cleaning package: €100/stay.
