We propose to you with the hiring, in Perpignan, this charming apartment of a surface of 104 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Located on the first floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, a sofa, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200)

Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the kingdom of Majorca. Once past the imposing fortified gate, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old city, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll in the heart of the Bir Hakeim square or along the majestic promenade des Platanes.
