Upstairs: bedroom 3 (1 bed 160 with shower room), WC. Landscaped grounds of 1 hectare partially enclosed by hedges, with private area of 1,000 m² (garden furniture, gas hob, deckchairs, slide, swing). Bike room. 2 bicycles available. Other gîte nearby (N°H85G009681).
The gîte is 20 km from the Jardins de William Christie in Thiré, where a baroque music festival is held every year at the end of August. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax; Fixed price for heating/day: 12€/day (to be paid to the owner). Ground floor bathroom accessible for disabled people.
