Cosy two-room apartment 10 minutes from the train station
You'll be staying at the entrance to the Sablon district, with direct links to the new town, the imperial golden triangle and the Sainte Thérèse district, which are among Metz's most popular neighborhoods. The location puts you just a 10-minute walk from the TGV train station, 15 minutes from the historic city center, and 10 minutes from major tourist and cultural attractions such as the Centre Pompidou, the Muse shopping mall (voted Europe's most beautiful shopping mall in 2019), Les Arènes sports and events complex, and the future Starck hotel.
Lovers of small, independent shops will be delighted by the proximity of Place Saint-Livier, just a 5-minute walk away, where you'll find the best poulterer in the Grand-Est region at GAUB (mentioned in the Petit Futé 2020) and many typical shops. The Wozniak bakery, voted by Gault et Millau 2020, is a two-minute walk from the apartment, open every day from 6am to 7pm. Don't miss their delicious chocolate baguette!
Free parking is available in the Place Saint-Livier parking lot and throughout the neighborhood.
During your reservation, the apartment will be entirely private. Xavier, the owner, has invested his passion in decoration, offering an immersive experience with many personal touches. The apartment, named "chez Côme" in honor of his son, has been meticulously renovated and will charm you with its little touches. It's perfect for two to four travelers, whether families, friends or business travelers.
Ideal for meetings or telecommuting, the apartment is equipped with a high-speed fiber connection and coffee included. It is located on the third floor without elevator.
Beds are made up on arrival, with hotel-quality linen supplied by Rock in Share. Physical entry to the premises is possible from 4pm, and departure must be no later than 11am on the day of departure.
Arrival is self-guided, with a house guide sent by e-mail after booking confirmation, providing all the information needed for easy access to the apartment, including the key box code.
