Cosy 27 m2 apartment 15 minutes' walk from the train station
You'll be staying in an apartment located in the heart of Metz's Nouvelle-Ville district, in a quiet street close to the Sablon. This convenient location means you'll be close to the Montigny shopping district, just a five-minute walk away. What's more, the apartment is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket (Auchan), making last-minute shopping a breeze. You can also relax at the Jardin Botanique de Metz, a ten-minute walk away, or enjoy a refreshing drink at the Buvette Botanique.
The Metz train station is about a fifteen-minute walk away, offering convenient access to the historic city center and its stores thanks to nearby bus and streetcar lines.
Parking is easy, with free parking spaces available just below the building. Please note that one of the building's door windows is currently under repair.
During your stay, the apartment will be entirely private, with warm, colorful decor creating a cocooning atmosphere. The large windows and bay window ensure a pleasantly bright atmosphere. Avenue 23 offers a workspace equipped with a reliable Internet connection, ideal for telecommuting while enjoying the view over the city. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.
Beds will be made up on arrival with hotel-quality linen provided by Rock in Share for your comfort. Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.
Arrival is on your own. Once the reservation has been confirmed, you will receive the house guide by e-mail, which will provide you with all the information you need for easy access to the apartment, including the key box code.
